Project: 1,000 s.f. addition and remodel of an existing Santa Barbara family home. Master bedroom and bath addition, living room and kitchen remodel
Location: San Roque, Santa Barbara Ca.
Description: The client asked us to provide a design that added a master bedroom suite, kitchen and dining room. We responded by laying out an addition that provides the requested amenities but also creates an outdoor living room with fireplace and built-in seating. The dining room is adjacent to a great outdoor space accessed by a sliding glass door allowing for easy indoor/outdoor living. The client also wanted to transform the house into a traditional Santa Barbara style so we added mediterranean elements and a new entry feature.
