Description: This is a 500 s.f. addition and full remodel of a 3 bedroom 1 bath home. The client wanted to add on to the house to create a better space for entertaining and add a new master suite to make this beach house feel brand new. We responded by creating an addition that simultaneously enlarged the kitchen and dining area while creating a light filled hallway leading to the new master suite. The kitchen is designed to open up to the living room, a new island with cooktop provides casual seating for entertaining and a spot to hang out and chat with the cook. Oversized glass doors slide out of the way into pockets allowing the interior to expand out to a new outdoor patio. The backyard will now be a place for family get togethers around the table and fire pit. A new raised wood lounge area will accompany the spa creating the perfect place to return after a day at the beach
