Kevin Moore Architecture is a full-service architecture and interior design studio based in Santa Barbara, California. Led by licensed architect Kevin Moore, KMA works across residential, multifamily, commercial, hospitality, and property repositioning projects throughout California.
Our process begins by seeing opportunity. We uncover what a site, building, or space could become, then create the story and vision, design the concept, assemble the right team, and help make it real.
Our work balances creativity with the realities of place, function, construction, and investment. Each project is shaped by its context and the ambitions of the people behind it.
From custom homes and multifamily developments to restaurants, hospitality spaces, commercial environments, and adaptive reuse projects, we design across a wide range of building types with a consistent focus on clarity, purpose, and lasting value.
Kevin brings more than 18 years of architectural experience in the Santa Barbara region and served for 8 years on the City of Santa Barbara Architectural Board of Review (ABR), contributing to the review of significant residential and commercial projects.
KMA is intentionally nimble and collaborative. We assemble the right network of designers, consultants, engineers, and makers for each project, allowing us to stay closely involved from early concept through design, permitting, and construction.
