WE DESIGN
At KMA, we look beyond what a site, building, or space is today to see what it could become. We bring together experience, local knowledge, creative thinking, and architectural design to uncover opportunities—whether reimagining an existing property, designing a new home, or creating a hospitality destination from an overlooked space.
Our process is both creative and strategic: understand the site, recognize the opportunity, shape the vision, design the concept, and assemble the right team to make it real. With deep experience in Santa Barbara and throughout California, we understand how to balance design ambition with the realities of planning, permitting, construction, and investment.
The result is architecture that does more than solve a problem—it reveals the potential of a place.
