Project: 6,000 s.f. interior and exterior remodel/transformation of an existing warehouse space into a creative office space for a Santa Barbara company
Location: Santa Barbara Ca.
Description: Complete We were challenged to transform a dark, dusty warehouse in Santa Barbara’s industrial area into a vibrant creative office space for a growing tech. company. We could see the bones of the building were good and that stripping away the layers of old finishes to expose the original structure would go a long way in the transformation of this space. We laid out large open office spaces to allow for flexible furnishing layouts and collaboration we added restrooms, conference rooms, phone booths, a new kitchen and space for all the necessary bikes and paddle boards.
